It contains themes from popular games and themes of popular characters. You might wanna lose the block after that though, it is still randomized after that, so in case of more blaster fire use the small shield.Īnd the damage deflected from the barrage increases as you get your supershield closer to the mech, but if you get too close, you can take damage. This page contains all the letter notes for the songs posted under the "Games" label. Oh and even though the patterns on Hard are unpredictable for the most part, the big barrage of bullets is always followed up by at least one round of regular blaster fire, so you can ready the block to make a better shield, as the small shield doesn't cover you that well. Flying helps with one of them, for the other, footwork and knowing what you're doing does the job pretty well. I prefer to just get hit by a missile, because they hurt less than the ram or plasma bolts. the mix of bullets and missiles is tricky, you can fly through a gap in them unharmed, but it is very hard, and the ram is going to follow up anyway, and it's best to not be on the ground when that happens. If it sprays poison bullets, you can avoid that by running on the ceiling. You can dodge the ram by flying over, but you have to start flying before the warning signs even show up. Phase 1 is just the harder version of the Battle Glacier boss. Milla is actually pretty easy since her shield lets you simply block the crazy attacks while Lilac and Carol have to dodge with mixed results depending on the situation. This seems to hold true in my video anyway. Maybe phase 2 is harder for me than phase 1 now. Recorded a run of how a typical FD4 goes. After I got extremely practiced with Milla I found myself desiring it to be. Originally when I started Milla I was concerned about the difficulty. I just wish her final boss fight wasn't shortened. Just need a way to discern whether or not he's going to dash or bounce. not hard at all since I found a way to cheese it more or less. I had a hard time too originally but now pretty much none of the game gives me a problem (save for a small section of dreadnaught 2, and no not the poison keycard part). If you're having a hard time then I'd just chalk that up as you not having enough practice with the boss as the character. I play Milla pretty much exclusively and got pretty good at it o/ If done right you can beat the first phase before he repeats the missile part. Then I just hit him while moving left as he jumps backward. Wait till he flies by and jump over that and let him land around the center. When he fires almost or about half of his missiles I'd jump up and fly towards the right over the rest of the missiles (or into the last one or two if timed wrong). I usually get 2-3 hits in before I have to book it to the left. I start the battle jumping and hitting it with a small shield blast as it lands. I don't have too much of an issue with it even on hard now (with enough practice).
